Solutions Group Announces Development Partnership with ZF Micro Solutions
SGI will design embedded system solutions using the ZFx86™ System-On-Chip
Santa Barbara, California, USA – Santa Barbara based Solutions Group Inc. (SOLU.PK) announced an exclusive development partnership with Palo Alto based ZF Micro Solutions; a leading provider of embedded x86 based solutions.
ZF Micro Solutions, founded in 1995, developed a highly integrated x86 PC-On-A Chip designed specifically for embedded application.. The product has been shipping in volume since 2000 and contains the full functionality of a single board computer in a sub 1 watt 388 BGA package. Its FailSafe®system architecture is crash immune and is the only System-On-A Chip that comes complete with a full Embedded BIOS and a choice of operating systems.
Under the terms of the partnership, Solutions Group will partner with ZF Micro Solutions to design and develop ZF x86™ embedded systems for strategic market segments globally. In addition ZF Micro will recommend Solutions Group as the designer of choice for all customer inquires.
