Santa Barbara, CA –December 1, 2009— Solutions Group, Inc. (Pinksheets: SOLU) announced that it’s subsidiary idrive Monitoring Systems has been chosen to participate in a comprehensive study of teen driving habits.
The study, being conducted by a national independent research firm, will provide data to one of the largest writers of personal insurance in the United States. The driving habits of teens will be monitored and documented using the idrive X1. The results will be studied for the purpose of creating training and other safety methods to reduce accident rates in young inexperienced drivers.
“We are very excited to have been chosen for this prestigious study of inexperienced drivers”, said Stefan Dragomir, President of idrive Monitoring Systems. “Several other data collection sources were considered, and idrive was chosen as the best solution for this project due to its superior performance and cost structure. This study should result in methods to decrease accident rates on U.S. highways, and save lives of teen drivers.”
The study is set to begin in January 2010, and continue through the summer. Results will be released in the third quarter of 2010.
